In the first instance if anyone has a concern we would hope they would contact school as soon as possible and arrange to meet either the Class Teacher or Headteacher to discuss it further. Most concerns can be dealt with like this. If the concern is more serious there is a formal complaints procedure. The Governors have reviewed this and approved the procedure.
